About Me

Greetings! I have been a licensed Massage Practitioner in the state of Washington for the past 20+ years. My practice is largely treatment based as I specialize in injury rehabilitation, deep tissue treatment, pregnancy massage, stress reduction, and of course relaxation. I use a variety of bodywork techniques to create an individualized treatment plan for each client. My intention as a health care provider is to facilitate the healing process for my client, by working to decrease pain, increase freedom of movement and flexibility and finally, lower the stress in which an injury can inflict.

A focus of my practice is also on Oncology massage, providing comfort and care for those going through cancer treatment, as well as post treatment, and into years of cancer survivorship. Oncology Massage requires specialty training, and having the knowledge of how the disease of cancer affects the patient in the context of bodywork. As a member of the Society for Oncology Massage, I feel privileged to be able to work with this medically fragile population. 

Massage Therapy has been a very rewarding career choice for me as I enjoy being a healthcare provider that is able to see the improvement and positive changes that are a direct result of my work.
